Community Resources

Business to Business – Designed to assist local businesses in finding qualified, prescreened employees. This free service requires no contractual agreement and emphasizes the needs of employers.

Small Business Incubator – Conveniently located in downtown Olympia, the Incubator provides high quality space for companies to conduct business. It accommodates more than a dozen offices, two conference rooms, a kitchen and a work center.

Thurston Green Business – A county-wide designation program, recognizing area businesses who are taking significant steps toward sustainability. Any business within Thurston may apply for a designation.

Business Resource Center – The BRC exists to support small business with services and resources to speed your success. No matter what your business need, if you use the center’s resources you’ll expedite your business learning and planning.

Small Business Development Center –  South Puget Sound Community College supports small business management knowledge and skill building through the Small Business Development Center.  Experienced counselors provide a full-range of professional assistance to small business owners and managers as a free and confidential service.

Small Business Administration – An independent agency of the federal government designed to aid, counsel, assist and protect the interests of small business concerns, to preserve free competitive enterprise and to maintain and strengthen the overall economy of our nation.  The SBA helps Americans start, build and grow businesses.
