Event Overview
Find Your Future is an expanded career exploration day designed for ALL youth ages 13-18 and their families. This event connects the next generation with local industry professionals, educational institutions, and career resources to help them make informed decisions about their post-school futures.
New for 2026: We've expanded to include career sessions, community sessions, a community-wide resource fair, and extended family participation opportunities!
Who Should Attend?
- Students grades 8-12 around Thurston County
- Parents and guardians can attend their own specialized sessions
- Families explore the expanded resource fair together
- Anyone interested in career exploration and educational planning

Event Schedule
10:00 AM - Check-In & Resource Fair Opens
Arrive, get checked in, and begin exploring our expanded expo of employers, higher education representatives, trade and credentialing opportunities, recruiters from various organizations, and career resources.
10:30 AM - First Career Session
Students attend their first chosen career presentation, while families can participate in specialized community-wide sessions on college planning, financing education, and supporting career exploration.
11:30 AM - Second Career Session
Students attend their second chosen career presentation. Families can continue with informational community sessions.
10:00 AM - 2:00 PM - Resource Fair
Browse exhibits, collect information, and connect with representatives from educational institutions and career organizations throughout the event.

Students will get to select TWO career sessions and ONE alternative from various professional fields. Careers we’ve featured in the past:
