The Leonor R. Fuller Gallery is pleased to present the “Black Love” – Community Building Through Mentorship Exhibition from Feb. 14 to Mar. 18, 2022. The opening reception will be held on Feb. 18 at 6 pm. Additionally, an artist talk will be held on Mar. 11 at 6 pm.
In “Black Love” – Community Building Through Mentorship, returning artists from the 2020 “Futures Rising” Exhibition mentor emerging artists. Pairs of mentor and mentee pairs exhibit their work, exploring the affinities between their practices individually and collaboratively. Exhibiting artists include Sandra Bocas, Ruya Lamonte, Cholee Gladney, De’Ja Marshall, Aisha Harrison, Thresea Yost, Travis Johnson, Kyle Cebron Bradford, Rene Westbrook, and Kari “Najja” Davis.
Guests are required to wear face coverings and provide proof of vaccination status or a negative COVID test (less than 72 hours old) to enter. More information regarding the exhibition is available on the college’s Leonor R. Fuller Gallery page.
