Anthony will do anything to get the best shot! CoLab specializes in aerial photography, drone footage, and custom renderings. They have an amazing team of editors that work quickly to bring photos to life. They even offer item removal in photos to clear additional clutter and make listings look optimal for prospective buyers.

Staging

Anthony and Kamika love supporting local and wanted to make sure that CoLab could incorporate this value into their business model. CoLab has built a relationship with Olympia Furniture Company (OFC) and uses pieces from OFC to stage their homes. Buyers can purchase any of the furniture they see in a home at a discounted rate. In addition, CoLab offers virtual staging which can transform any room into something straight out of Fixer Upper! This is a perfect way for buyers to envision what their home could potentially look like.

Cleaning

Cleaning is the newest service CoLab rolled out in 2021. Anthony and Kamika were finding that agents they partnered with were having a hard time getting their sellers “picture-ready.” This inspired them to add cleaning so they could operate as a full-service business. Cleaning has already proven to be very popular.
