Q. Where were you born?
A. Dublin, GA
Q. Where do you work and what is your title?
A. Harlequin Productions as Operations Director.
Q. What is your role?
A. I work to ensure operations staff and volunteers have the training, supplies and support to provide excellent patron experiences at Harlequin performances and events.
Q. What is your favorite part about your job?
A. I enjoy working with the groups of different people that I encounter within my job. Working with everyone from staff and volunteers to patrons and outside organizations to fulfill Harlequin’s mission is truly something special.
Q. What is your most embarrassing moment at work?
A. Once during a fundraiser, I dumped an entire gallon of premixed cocktail all over myself and the floor in front of my entire volunteer staff and then had to give a presentation.
Q. Before working at your current job, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
A. I once was a skating waitress at a fast food restaurant.
Q. What is your biggest achievement to date – personal or professional?
A. Earning my Bachelor’s degree has been my proudest accomplishment thus far.
Q. What do you do when you aren’t working?
A. When I’m not working you can find me singing up a storm somewhere either on stage, in the shower or in the car with the radio.
Q. What is the best vacation that you have ever been on? Explain.
A. My best vacation was when my entire extended family went to Disney World. It was very special to have my grandparents with us and for them to physically be able to participate and enjoy the trip.
Q. If you could be any animal, which would you be?
A. If I could be any animal I would want to be a raven because they’re extremely smart, independent and they can fly!
Q. If you won the lottery, what is the first thing you would do?
A. I would buy property and build my mom a house to repay her back for all that she has done for me and to put her first.
Q. What chore do you absolutely hate doing?
A. I hate when I have to clean out the fridge and deal with the leftovers.
Q. If you could met anyone dead or alive who would you meet and why?
A. I would like to meet Ella Fitzgerald because she’s my favorite vocalist.
Q. Any other items/comments you would like to share?
A. Always be yourself and don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. It may take work but it will be worth it in the long run.
Q. What are you doing to have an impact on our community?
A. I currently volunteer with The Bridge Music Project as a youth mentor. It’s my hope that by doing my part I might make a real difference in a kid’s life.
