Thurston Economic Development Council Center for Business & Innovation (CB&I) is launching the ScaleUp Training Series. ScaleUp is transformative training series for business owners to gain greater success and profitability. The ScaleUp Training Series consists of three, 4-session courses: Business TuneUp, Build Your Market and Financial Mastery.
The 2018 ScaleUp Training Series kicks off January 18 with Business TuneUp, which is designed for business owners who want to work smarter, not harder.
Business TuneUp provides tools to bring greater efficiency and predictability to your operations through strategic organizational design and systems thinking. TuneUp helps you transform your business so you get more done with far less effort, freeing up your valuable time. Businesses within the Cities of Olympia and Lacey can register for TuneUp and the other two courses at no cost, thanks to funding from the cities in support of local business success (limited to available funds). Otherwise, TuneUp is $395.
