Are you an entrepreneur planning to grow your business? Do you own a small manufacturing business in the early stages of launch? Do you want to learn lean manufacturing concepts? We invite you to participate in a workshop series designed for small manufacturing business owners and management executives.
Impact Washington is covering most of the financial responsibility of these workshops — valued at $2,000 per person — to support manufacturers, entrepreneurs, and start-ups in Washington State.
The workshops are a combination of lectures and hands-on learning. Participants receive a certification upon completion of each workshop. Participants may attend the workshops that interest them — if they attend all four, they will receive a free ($2,500-value) assessment by Impact Washington.
Workshop Schedule is as follows:
Workshop 2: Quality Management Systems Fundamentals:
Friday, March 13 | 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. | Cost: $15
Workshop 3: Introduction to Lean Manufacturing:
Thursday, April 2 | 8:00 a.m. – 11 a.m. | Cost: $15
Workshop 4: Principles of Lean Manufacturing with Live Simulation – Lean 101:
