The four bag bans within Thurston County start in just a few days. Thurston County Solid Waste is asking Thurston County Chamber of Commerce members to take a survey regarding the bag ban. Click here to take the survey online or via a printable PDF.
The survey is just a few questions long and provides Thurston County with a baseline of the number and type of bags being used before the ban. This information will be compared to survey data they’ll gather six months after the ban has been in place to gauge effectiveness, as well as store and customer feedback.
