SPSCC has partnered with Roo Lan Health Care to sponsor and hire ten students for Roo Lan’s CNA training program, the CNA Accelerator.
Roo Lan will select ten aspiring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) to receive a sponsorship that will fully fund their education, supplies, and certification costs. Successful students will have the opportunity to be hired by Roo Lan upon program completion and certification. The program will run during daytime hours for approximately six weeks starting March 26, 2018, in SPSCC’s nursing assistant lab at the Olympia Campus. Students will also attend practicum at Roo Lan so students can get familiar with the surroundings and responsibilities of the CNA.
Each spot in the CNA Accelerator is valued at over $1,100 in tuition, fees, books, supplies, and certification costs. Funding is provided by Roo Lan Health Care.
Those interested should visit the CNA Accelerator website to learn more and RSVP for the Information Session.
