It seems fitting on the eve of Foofaraw to celebrate Carol Benton.
Carol passed last Friday from brain cancer.
She was the Foofaraw chair on the Chamber side for many years, as well as involved in Exploring Business and many other philanthropic and community service activities. She and husband Cory Benton were very active, supportive Chamber members in the 90’s and early 2000’s — touching many lives and hearts — before moving to Oklahoma to be closer to family.
They owned Express Personnel Services in Olympia and Aberdeen.
