Olympia – Put a little “spring” in your step at the 7th annual Designing Divas Garden Tour and Festival and Concern for Animals fundraiser on May 17th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Cathy Johnson of Dandelion Gardens (Olympia) and Evonne Peryea of Plantasia Botanical Gardens (Tumwater) invite you to walk through theirtwo beautiful gardens. After your leisurely stroll, shop for luscious plants, unique containers and garden art. The landscape designers will be at each garden to guide you through their landscapes, answer questions, and give you fresh ideas for your landscape.
The Designing Divas are excited to support Concern for Animals again this year. Cost of entry is pet food or monetary donations collected at each garden location. Concern for Animals funds spay/neuter procedures, medical care, hosts a pet food bank and adopts high-risk cats to loving forever homes.
