Prime Locations, Inc., one of the area’s largest commercial real estate firms located in Lacey, Wash., is pleased to announce the addition of two new commercial real estate brokers, Katie Betschart and Gina McKune.
In September, Betschart and McKune joined the team of current Prime Locations brokers: Zach Kosturos, Priscilla Terry, Joni Baker, Garett Hall and Troy Dana, who combined, have nearly 100 years of experience in commercial real estate.
Betschart, a graduate of Washington State University, is a former small business owner and entrepreneur. McKune has worked for residential real estate and home inspection companies. Both women have been residents of Thurston County for several years.
“Due to our company’s growth and the increasing activity in today’s commercial market, we welcome Katie and Gina’s expertise to help us maintain and exceed the excellent results that we consistently deliver for our clients,” said Kosturos, owner and designated broker of the commercial firm.
Prime Locations specializes in sales, leasing and investment property management. The Lacey company’s entire team of brokers, corporate staff and property managers is more than 40 people and the company manages over $250 million in assets and brokers transactions totaling more than $50 million annually.
Prime Locations recently celebrated its 30th anniversary in business serving Thurston County and the South Sound region.
