Fresh Thinking + Healthy Eating = Pita Pit
Think fresh – think healthy – and think delicious! Pita Pit is celebrating its Grand Opening on Monday, June 15 at 10 a.m. with free smoothie samples and prize drawings! Chamber members and city officials including Olympia council member Cheryl Selby will attend the ribbon cutting at 11 a.m.

This nationally known restaurant lets you customize your own delicious pita with your choice of lean, grilled meats, fresh vegetables, flavorful cheeses, and savory sauces. Choose from black forest ham, Mediterranean seasoned beef, hummus, romaine lettuce, black olives, feta and provolone cheese, ancho chipotle sauce, horseradish Dijon, and more!
Need recommendations? Choose from the restaurant’s own creations including Dagwood, Philly Steak, Spicy Black Bean and Morning Glory pitas just to name a few.
The Pita Pit location in Capital Mall is owned by Capital High School graduate Myles Kirchmeier.
Pita Pit is located next to Century Theater and open mall hours: Monday – Saturday, 10 a.m. – 9 p.m., and Sunday, 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.
