In this role, Starr will serve on the Executive Leadership Team and be responsible for the overall accounting and financial reporting functions of the Company’s lines of business.

Prior to PSW, Mr. Starr served as the Chief Financial Officer for Northwest Regional Primary Care Association, supporting community health clinics in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon and Washington.
Mr. Starr began his health care career at Eli Lilly and Company, a pharmaceutical research and discovery company. In 2007, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Care Health Solutions and most recently served on the board of directors for Transitional Resources, community behavioral health clinic and residential care program, in Seattle, WA.
He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in cellular and molecular biology from the University of Washington, his Master of Business Administration degree from Western Washington University and his post-baccalaureate intensive accounting certificate from the University of Washington’s Foster School of Business. In August 2017, Mr. Starr will earn his Master of Health Administration degree from the University of Washington’s School of Public Health.
Mr. Starr is a National Alliance on Mental Illness, Walk Supporter. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the Washington State Medical Group Management Association and the Washington State Healthcare Executives Forum.
