Health Alliance Medicare partnership features strong provider network, plus
quality healthcare coverage and customer service
New to Thurston County, Health Alliance Medicare, a Physicians of Southwest Washington partner, helps members choose from a network of recognized and respected doctors, clinics and hospitals close to home.
“While Health Alliance is new to Western Washington, it has strong provider roots. Created more than 30 years ago by the Carle Clinic Association in Illinois, Health Alliance has a reputation for quality, innovation and member satisfaction—factors that help ensure great healthcare coverage,” said Mariella Cummings, PSW chief executive officer.
To learn more face to face, Medicare beneficiaries can stop by Physicians of Southwest Washington from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. The office is at 319 Seventh Avenue SE, Suite 201, in downtown Olympia.
“We provide healthcare coverage and customer service the way they ought to be. To us, that just seems right,” said Jana Perry, Health Alliance vice president of sales and retention.
Timing is important. While health insurers nationwide posted Medicare Advantage 2016 plans earlier this month, October 15 marks the start of the Medicare Annual Election Period (AEP), when people on Medicare need to choose their plan for next year. The AEP ends December 7.
