Olympia Federal Savings has been recognized one of the Top 10 Best Companies to work for with over 100 employees in Washington by Seattle Business Magazine. Olympia Federal received the recognition at the annual 100 Best Companies to Work For awards dinner on June 24th, at the Washington Convention Center.
The dinner, with over 1,300 in attendance recognized all 100 companies that made the list. The results and rankings are based on confidential employee surveys as well as a company’s level of employee participation.
The research firm Fieldwork Webwork compiled and ranked the detailed responses of thousands of employees who rated their firms anonymously in these categories: benefits, communication, corporate culture, hiring/retention, executive leadership, performance standards, responsibility/decision making, rewards/recognition, training/education and workplace environment.
