The Olympia Downtown Association is now taking applications for the 2016 holiday parade. Per
tradition, the parade takes place the Sunday following Thanksgiving. This year, the parade date is November
27th. Parade entrants line up near the Farmer’s Market and proceed down Capitol Way ending at Sylvester Park.
Musical entertainment and the annual tree lighting ceremony will take place at the Sylvester Park gazebo
immediately following the parade.
Parade applications will be accepted through Friday, November 11th.
