Find out how Pierce County won hosting duties for one of the biggest golf events on the planet. The Puget Sound American Marketing Association is featuring a presentation with Jaime Vogt, Tom Cade, and Blaine Newnham who will deliver a firsthand account of the genesis of Chambers Bay Golf Course and its selection as the first golf course in the Northwest to host the U.S. Open. They’ll also delve into the impact the US Open will have on the economy and what it means for Pierce County.
