September 25, 2015- Two local attorneys, with a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement, have been recognized as exceptional lawyers in Washington State. Selection was made through a research-driven, rating service of Thomson Reuters, an international information firm, using a multiphase process of:

- Evaluation by Highly Credentialed Attorneys
Leslie Clark, an associate at Phillips Burgess LLC, was selected to the 2015 Washington Super Lawyers list. This exclusive list recognizes no more than 5% of the attorneys in the state. Leslie’s focuses her practice on land use and environmental issues and related litigation, advising many private and public sector clients on land development and entitlements.
Martha Wehling, another Phillips Burgess associate, was selected for the Rising Stars list which uses the same patented selection process as Super Lawyers and recognizes no more than 2.5 percent of attorneys in the state. Martha advises clients on land use, environmental and natural resource issues, including those related to SEPA, NEPA and listed species.
