Jessica Jensen Law PS is pleased to announce Sarah Beth Hernández Huot as a new Associate Attorney!
Sarah Beth is a versatile attorney with a lot of experience in the areas of litigation, motion writing and arguments, negotiation, and mediation. She worked for several years in public interest law both as a prosecutor and public defender. Sarah Beth also has experience in private practice. She enjoys meeting with her clients and helping them navigate through the legal system in the most positive way possible.
Background
A Thurston County native, Sarah Beth grew up and attended Capital High School. With her husband being in the Military, they have lived in different places over the United States, giving Sarah Beth a well-rounded perspective of life and how to practice law under different conditions.
Education
Sarah Beth attended the University of Washington where she received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Business. After taking a year off from schooling and working as a file clerk in San Diego, Sarah Beth returned to Washington and received her law degree from the Seattle University School of Law.
Community Service
Sarah Beth has made time in her busy schedule to also give back to her community. Some of her service has included volunteering for the Kitsap County Youth Court and Hands Across The Table. She was a member of the Laconia Altrusa Board in New Hampshire, and also was on the Lakes Region Habitat for Humanity Board. While living in Colorado, she volunteered with HEART, the Marian House, and finally TESSA, where she was awarded volunteer of the year in their children’s program.
Fun Fact
In her spare time, Sarah Beth loves hiking, dancing, working out, and traveling. Sarah Beth grew up in a Cuban American household and enjoys spending time with her family.
