Tumwater, WA June 29, 2016: Homes First!, a local nonprofit that provides affordable rental housing will give the keys of a newly renovated home in Tumwater to a homeless female veteran and her family.
The Welcome Home Party will be on July 13. Lunch and tour of the home is from 11:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. with a program handing over the keys at 12:15 p.m.

The new tenant was matched with Homes First! by the Ms. Veteran America Program and Rally Point 6. Both organizations work hard at connecting transitioning military personnel with the services they need. Representatives from both of these organizations will attend to welcome the veteran and her family home.
