Stacie Edwards of Essential Bodywork is a Tensegrity Medicine™ Practitioner, Professional Bowenwork® Practitioner, and Licensed Massage Therapist. Stacie is introducing her clients to a new methodology of therapy called Tensegrity Medicine™.
Essential Bodywork opened in August 2016 at local Nearing Total Health clinic. Since starting her business just 2 years ago, Stacie trained in a 1.5-year-long mentorship to become a Tensegrity Medicine™ Practitioner, completed advanced anatomy training, attended the British Fascia Symposium in England, and completed advanced TM training in Spain.
Stacie studied TM under Kelly Clancy OTR/L, CHT, LMT of Seattle, WA. Tensegrity Medicine™ methodology considers the latest fascial research and uses therapeutic assessment, manual therapy that addresses structural components of pain and dysfunction, and body-mind connection to health and wellness.
The latest fascial research provides an understanding of fascia and it’s relationship to the rest of the body systems. Stacie’s work is expansive and not limited to specific pathologies or injuries. Stacie has been working with clients of all ages and lifestyles that have orthopedic injuries, neurological conditions, cancer, autoimmune diseases, sports injuries, and more.
Essential Bodywork now has its own location on Eastside Street SE, just off the Port of Olympia exit.
Come celebrate with Stacie at her Grand Opening of Essential Bodywork and this unique therapy she is introducing to Thurston County! There will be light refreshments, raffles, and opportunity for discounts.
