Olympia Federal Savings is proud to announce Casey Kilborn, AVP / Yelm Highway branch manager, as Employee of the Quarter. Kilborn was selected for this honor because of his commitment to servant leadership and exceptional customer service, which is consistently on display in client meetings, employee trainings, and his community involvement.
Whether helping a customer jump-start their car or visiting a client at their home because they cannot make it into the branch, Kilborn is dedicated to providing exceptional service while maintaining a high-level of product and industry expertise. Recently, Kilborn was recognized for his successes and was named an officer of the bank and promoted to assistant vice president (AVP).
