Officials at RCCH HealthCare Partners announced today that Mark Turner FACHE has been named Chief Executive Officer at Capital Medical Center. Mr. Turner has served as the CEO at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital in Banning, CA, since 2009. His first day at Capital Medical Center will be September 18, 2017.

Mr. Turner has more than 25 years of experience in both hospital operational and regional leadership positions for national healthcare organizations. Prior to serving as the CEO at San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital, Mr. Turner served as Senior Vice President of Operations for Brim Healthcare where he oversaw the operations of 25 managed hospitals in 18 states. Earlier in his career, Mark was the CEO for Ojai Valley Community Hospital and was a manager for two regional CPA firms in Wisconsin.

I have had the pleasure of working alongside many of the RCCH corporate leaders earlier in my career, and I am excited about the opportunity to work with them again. I know that with the support of RCCH, we will continue to invest in both the facility and in recruiting needed physicians to the area.”
Mr. Turner has a strong track record of success working with physicians and hospital employees to improve care and expand the range and depth of services provided at each of the local hospitals he has led. He received both his Masters of Business Administration and his Bachelors of Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Turner is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, a certified healthcare financial professional by the Healthcare Financial Management Association, and a CPA.
Mark is an avid runner and golfer, and he also enjoys cooking and reading. He has two adult children, a daughter who is a practicing veterinarian, and a son who is pursuing his undergraduate degree at the University of Wisconsin.
