We are pleased to announce that Olympia Elks Lodge #186 is now serving restaurant-style meals Tuesdays through Saturdays under the banner of Café 186. The café is open to the public and Thurston County residents are encouraged to give it a try.

By offering great food at great prices, prepared and served by great people in a warm and welcoming atmosphere, Olympia Elks Lodge #186 is providing not only its members but also our entire community, wonderful dining experiences. We believe this will help create awareness of the activities and entertainment available at our lodge while we are doing great work for families not only here in Thurston County but also around the world.
Food service is under the management of Chef Steve Sleasman of Chef Crafted Cuisine LLC. He brings more than 30 years experience in the food service industry, including working as a Sous Chef at the well-known Islander Resort in Westport, Washington, and owning/operating two restaurants. For several years, he worked in sales and consulting for Sysco and US Food service. Steve spent the last few years as VP of Sales and Distribution at Go Green, working with top chefs in the Pacific Northwest region, teaching them green solutions for their kitchens.
The lodge will continue to offer all of its regularly scheduled activities and the facilities also are available for lease to the public, with the added bonus of the opportunity to consider convenient in-house event catering options from Chef Steve.
