Blind Pig Spirits announced today that they have successfully completed the local, state and federal permitting process, making them the first craft distillery to open in the city of Olympia.
The distillery, located at 222 Capital Way, N, Suite #111, is relocating to Olympia from their previous location in Centralia, WA.
Blind Pig Spirits craft distillery features a tasting room, production and bottling facility, as well as retail sales of their alcohol products and branded merchandise.
They are currently offering five “small batch” products, all distilled in-house from Washington grown malted barley: Apple Pie Shine, Peach Pie Shine, Tropical Shine, Single Malt “Moonshine” and Single Malt Vodka.
