Effective immediately, DispatchHealth will be expanding services to include asymptomatic COVID-19 testing in senior living communities.
Eligibility includes:
- Seniors who are moving into a community
- Seniors that are changing their level of living (moving from IL to AL or AL to MC)
- Known exposure
Included in the change are expanded questions during the on boarding process to help our provider team determine situational awareness regarding PPE upon arrival.
Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for medically necessary testing will be determined by the providers once the exam is complete. The test results for any COVID-19 suspects will have results within 24 to 72 hours
