OLYMPIA, WA, June 1, 2016 – Advance Auto Parts, Inc. (NYSE: AAP), a leading automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America serving both professional installer and do-it-yourself customers, will open a new store in Olympia at 2106 Harrison Ave. NW, on Thursday, July 7, 2016. A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 12 p.m.
The location was chosen because of its convenience to Commercial garages. It is also a popular area for car owners who enjoy working on cars.
Colin Christiansen is the store’s General Manager who works with 11 other Team Members at the new Olympia location. Christiansen has been with the Advance Auto Parts Team for 12 years. “Advance Auto Parts is committed to serving our customers, as well as the communities in which they and our Team Members live. As part of this commitment, we are pleased to announce a $1,000 check will be donated to the local chapter of United Way,” said Christiansen.
The new store offers customers a wide range of the highest quality parts from recognized national brands as well as the exclusive offering of Carquest® brand products, which are manufactured to meet the needs of professional installers. The product offering is available in-store and online at www.AdvanceAutoParts.com. Products ordered online can be picked up at this location as well as other Advance store locations within 30 minutes. Commercial customers can have parts delivered to their business.
Advance Auto Parts offers convenient services, such as free installation of a new battery with purchase on most vehicles. Christiansen and his team can enroll shoppers in the money-saving SPEED PERKS membership program – the industry’s best loyalty program. “We appreciate our customers’ business and want to make it simple and easy to earn a reward for shopping at Advance,” said Christiansen.
