A large group of top-producing mortgage professionals—nearly all with decades of mortgage industry experience—recently joined Academy Mortgage’s Northwest team to service the mortgage lending needs of individuals and families wanting to purchase or refinance a home in Washington.
The team at Academy’s new Lacey location includes: producing area manager Brian Brock and loan officers Vickie Nunez, Kim Westall, Christel Burton, Jeff Devlin, Melanie Boyajian, and Kim Torres. The group is led by producing Branch Manager Kathy Randich.
With a combined 136 years of mortgage industry experience, Academy’s Lacey team members are experts in all home financing programs and products, including: conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, renovation, and state housing loans.
The entire group came to Academy from Wells Fargo, where they were consistently the top-performing branch for purchase business in Thurston and Mason counties. Last year the team originated more than $200 million in purchase loan volume. Several of the Loan Officers were Leader Club-level producers.
