Highlighting real estate development in Thurston County
September 21, 2015 – The Thurston Economic Development Council is pleased to announce the annual South Sound Real Estate Showcase & Forum to take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 from 11:00 – 1:30 pm at the Red Lion Hotel, 2300 Evergreen Park Drive SW in Olympia. This is the seventh year the Thurston EDC will host this event, in partnership with NAIOP Washington State, which gives an overview of the current commercial and industrial real estate market in Thurston County.
Co-presented by SCJ Alliance and Phillips Burgess PLLC, this year’s agenda will feature an in-depth look at several high profile development projects in Thurston County, including the 123 4th Ave project in Olympia. A panel of experts will discuss what makes Thurston County a sure bet from an investment perspective, as well as look at the current and future trends in the marketplace. There will also be a networking time built into the agenda for brokers, developers, business and community leaders, and representatives from key Thurston County municipalities to speak one-on-one about their exciting listings and projects.
