This summer hundreds of canoes and thousands of indigenous people will travel great distances together on the inland waterways. The voyagers will be welcomed as honored guests by the Nisqually Indian Tribe for the 2016 Canoe Journey.
The Port of Olympia is seeking volunteers to help with the 2016 Paddle to Nisqually Landing which will be held on July 30, 2016.
