This year Prime Locations, Inc., one of the area’s top commercial real estate firms located in Lacey, Wash., is celebrating its 30thanniversary of being in business.
The local Thurston County company began in 1988 when it was founded by Priscilla Terry, Dean Questi and Jeff Powell. In February 2009, during the recession that severely impacted both commercial and residential real estate, current owner Zach Kosturos began his career as a commercial broker. By August of that year, he owned one-third of Prime Locations and by the middle of 2012, he owned the entire company.
“Prime Locations has been a fixture in our community since its inception,” said Kosturos. “In recent years, we have significantly expanded our reach in the industry, the number of transactions and the size and number of properties we manage, maintain, lease and sell, building upon the company’s heritage of delivering excellent results for our clients.”
As a commercial real estate firm, Prime Locations specializes in sales, leasing and investment property management. The Lacey company’s team is made up of more than 40 people, manages over $250 million dollars in assets and brokers transactions totaling in excess of $50 million dollars annually.
Prime Locations recently brokered the sale of 16-plus acres in North Lacey, Wash. and the sale of a 30,000 square foot industrial warehouse in Tumwater, Wash. The company manages the upscale apartment building at 123 4th Ave in downtown Olympia, Wash. in addition to 1,300 multi-family units in the region.
Prime Locations will celebrate its anniversary at a company picnic at the Woodland Creek Community Park in Lacey, Wednesday, July 25, 2018.
