Maximizing Cash Flow and Productivity

August 27:  The Unique Selling Proposition will outline the process for differentiating your business from the competition to gain a competitive advantage. All communications with your customers must make a proposition:  Buy our product/service, and you will receive a specified benefit.  The proposition must be unique: something competitors cannot claim, or have not chosen to emphasize in their promotions.  The proposition must be so compelling that it motivates individuals to act. Managers will leave the workshop with an understanding of how to create their unique selling proposition, and how to present it in compelling language.
